The MGSA’s (Modern Greek Studies Association) 26th biennial Symposium was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Sacramento on November 7-10, 2019.

NEOHEL took part also by exhibiting its educational material concerning the teaching of Modern Greek as a second / foreign language.

Professor Th. Aravossitas from Toronto University was one of the speakers in the Symposium (Panel 5D: The Politics of Greek Identity Post-WWII – New Greek Migration to Canada: Effects on the Community’s Ethnolinguistic Vitality)
